Black Fin 252 Gelcoat Repair
A gouge in the boat’s gelcoat was repaired by preparing the damaged area, filling and rebuilding the missing surface, then sanding and polishing the repair to blend it with the surrounding finish and restore a smooth appearance.

Tilt Trim Assembly Replacement
The tilt-and-trim assembly was not operating properly and required replacement. The old assembly was removed, the mounting bracket and bolts were cleaned, and the new unit was installed with its wiring routed to the correct connections at the tilt trim relay.

Bimini Top Fabrication & Install
The original Bimini top was heavily worn, stained, and torn, with deteriorated material and damaged edges that made it unsuitable for continued use. The frame and mounting area were measured, and a complete replacement top was fabricated, fitted, finished, and secured to the boat. The final fit, tension, and alignment were checked for proper operation.

The existing outboard was removed and the boat was prepared for a complete repower. A new 150 HP Mercury outboard was installed, mounted, and rigged to the boat. The finished installation provides the boat with updated, dependable power and a clean professional setup.

Trim Tab Actuator Replacement
The starboard trim tab actuator was leaking hydraulic fluid after marine growth and barnacles on the shaft likely damaged the actuator seal. The leaking actuator was replaced, and the new unit was coated with bottom paint to help prevent future growth and protect the seal.

T-top Restoration
The T-top canvas was heavily covered in mildew and staining. Two separate treatments of bleach and Bleach White were applied to break down and remove the buildup across the canvas, leaving the surface visibly cleaner and restoring its original appearance.
